Research summary
Dr. Curran joined the Physics Department at the University of Houston in July 2007 as an Associate Professor specializing in nanotechnology in the fields of sensor technology, thin film coatings and photovoltaics. He has generated since arriving at UH over $2 Million in research funding from federal sources, has published over 100 articles, cited more than 3,700 times and has launched 2 nanotechnology companies to date.
